Lekki Epe Road Now Fixed After Fort News Report

Less than one week after Fort News reported the terrible experience commuters and motorists plying Lekki Epe Expressway, especially Abijo – Fidiso end of the road go through on a daily basis, the Lagos state government, through Lekki Concession Company (LCC) has now fixed the failed portion of the road.

When Fort News crew visited the road again today, it was observed that work has now commence on the road. The repair work which according to LCC will last about two days is expected to cover Abijo Bus stop and terminate immediately before Majek Bus Stop.

Commuters who spoke to Fort News correspondent commended the Lagos State government for prompt and speedy response to the yearnings of users of the road, while also appealing that same gestures be extended to Bogije- Elemoro and Onosa end of the road.

It will be recalled that Fort News had last week visited the road to draw the attention of government to the nightmare commuters and motorists experience daily on the road.
