Nigeria’s Super Eagle was on Tuesday night humiliated in London after it was beaten 2:0 by the Serbian senior national team.
Aleksandar Miltrovic, a Fulham forward sailed the Serbian to winning after he scored the first and second goals in the 68th and 81st of the game.
Technical adviser to the Super Eagles, Gernot Rohr made some very key substitution in the game, bringing Odion Ighalo, Victor Moses, John Ogu and Ogenyi Onazi at 77th minute.
Alex Iwobi was replaced at the 88minute with Junior Ajayi.
Moses Simeon was also replaced with Joel Obi, Ola Aina with Mikel Agu and Wilfred Ndidi with Brian Idowu at the 85th minute.
It will be recalled that the Serbian senior national team was defeated 1-2 by Morocco last Friday in Italy. In the same vein, Nigeria’s Super Eagles defeated the Polish national team courtesy of Victor Moses’s penalty in the 67th minute.
As send Forth match, Nigeria’s Super Eagles will be expected to play the Democratic Republic of Congo on the 28th of May and five days after, it will also play England’s Three Lion in Wembley before the global tournament begins.
